Due to the vintage nature of the merchandise being offered, some minor wear is to be expected. Any unusual wear or damage is carefully noted in our descriptions. All measurements are approximate. Pinkie encourages you to ask any questions that you may have before ordering merchandise.

All our items are unconditionally guaranteed, and will be accepted back if we are notified within ten days of receipt. Items must be returned to us within ten days of your notification. Returned items must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping costs will be incurred at buyer's expense unless we have grossly errored in the description of the article.

Most items are double boxed. All international items are declared as "merchandise" on customs forms. There are no exceptions to this policy. Insurance on international shipments costs extra, and while recommended, is at buyer's request. International buyers will be given a choice between ground and airmail shipping. All payments must be made in US dollars.

Payment Specifics:

Credit card payments are facilitated by Paypal.com. Credit cards are accepted only if items are shipped to confirmed billing addresses. Ordered items will be relisted if funds are not received by us within ten business days. All checks must be drawn on United States banks, and are held for clearance before items are shipped.

Delivery Specifics:

• Our shipping address and contact information will be provided when you order.
• All items are prepaid.
• Product is shipped within 24 hours of receipt of Money Order or PayPal payment Notice.
• Customer pays shipping charges and insurance, unless other wise stated at time of sale.
• US. Postal Service is our carrier of choice unless otherwise requested by customer. We will also use FedEx Ground for larger items
• All items are 100% guaranteed to be as stated and in condition as described in "Pinkies Toys".
• Customers who wish to return items, must respond by E-mail, phone, or fax within 10 days of receipt of items.
• Once returns are received and verified, refunds by Paypal credit or business check is issued if and when product is received back in stock within 15 working days from receipt.
• Items must be returned by USPS or FedEx insured shipping packed as received, and received in same condition as sent out.
• All of our contact information will be sent with invoice.

Insurance - Lost Shipments:

• Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer for most orders. "Pinkies Toys" strongly suggest that you purchase insurance and MAY require it for orders over $25.00 and Most Credit Card orders.
• "Pinkies Toys" will pay for NO ITEMS lost if the buyer waves insurance.
  No insurance is at the buyers risk.
• Customers who have had items lost by shippers, must submit in writing a statement of the items lost to Pinkies Toys, this can be done after 30 days of the shipment date.
• We will submit the Proof of Shipment forms with your written statement.
